Having been born into real estate it isn't any wonder that my passion for making dreams come true is red hot. My father embraced the American dream by buying and selling properties. As a child, I enjoyed tagging along with him, listening, and soaking up every detail. It all was so captivating and I was SOLD.

I pursued my first job in a real estate office while in high school, and immediately immersed myself in everything real estate. I had an opportunity to work alongside top producing agents, and learn the ins and outs of this business. One of the most powerful tools I attained was effective communication and negotiation.

Growing up in a family where I was one of eight, I learned to be a true team player. I knew when to roll with the punches, and when to adapt and to change. Having traveled to over 15 countries by myself, I gained a broader perspective on the needs of different people and learned to navigate through the unknown. These factors were important in shaping me at a young age because they will forever enhance my daily life and help me to better serve each and every client.

My husband and our two daughters are the reason why I commit myself to providing superb customer service. I have enveloped myself in the community and pride myself on giving back to ensure the success of future generations. As a family, we thrive on discovering new parts of the world and embracing each day to its fullest.

Working in real estate since 1999 and licensed since 2003, I have experienced the market through many of its cycles. I specialize in La Cañada Flintridge and the surrounding San Gabriel Valley communities, including Pasadena, South Pasadena, Altadena, Glendale, La Crescenta, Sparr Heights, and San Marino. Born and raised in La Cañada Flintridge and a proud LCHS graduate, Gianna grew up around the real estate industry, sparking her passion for helping people find the perfect home. After earning her B.S. in Marketing Management from Cal Poly Pomona, she served as a Media Manager for TikTok, gaining elite digital strategy experience before transitioning to her true passion: real estate. Now with the Ben Kelly Team at Compass, Gianna combines her marketing expertise with local knowledge to deliver exceptional results.

As a lifelong competitive athlete, Gianna knows that working on a team is what she does best. She has always loved a challenge and to go the extra mile; for her Gold Award, she taught a woman’s orphanage in Swaziland, Africa, essential life skills through soccer. That same drive led her to serve as Philanthropy Chair for Zeta Tau Alpha, where she broke the Theta Omega record for raising the most money in a single week for Breast Cancer Education and Awareness.
